MedFlow AI runs on HIPAA/BAA-ready infrastructure and we sign a BAA before any protected health information is handled. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your patient data never trains our models. We do not currently hold a SOC 2 certification, and we will tell you exactly what is in place if your compliance team asks.
Most of MedFlow AI runs alongside your EHR rather than inside it, so you can start without an integration. Where a direct connection is needed, we assess your specific system during onboarding and confirm in writing what is supported before you commit.
Starter practices typically go live within about a week, and Growth setups usually take two to three weeks depending on how many workflows you switch on. Enterprise timelines are scoped individually.
The AI generates draft notes only — a clinician always reviews and signs before anything enters the official record. Every draft is clearly labelled as AI-generated pending provider sign-off, so nothing is filed without a human decision.
