Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MedFlow AI, the practice and its authorised users agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a practice, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

MedFlow AI provides workflow automation software for healthcare practices, including patient intake, scheduling and reminders, patient communications, documentation support, billing workflows, and reporting. MedFlow AI is a software tool. It does not practise medicine and does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions and clinical documentation remain the responsibility of licensed clinicians.

Each practice is responsible for its users, the roles it assigns, and keeping credentials secure. Access to a practice workspace is limited to members that practice has invited.

• Starter is $499 per month or $4,790 per year. Growth is $999 per month or $9,590 per year.
• Enterprise pricing is agreed individually.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen interval until cancelled.
• A subscription becomes active only after payment is verified with our payment provider.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Do not use the platform unlawfully, attempt to access another practice's workspace, interfere with the service, or send communications that recipients have not agreed to receive.

The practice keeps ownership of its data. We process it to run the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Where protected health information is involved, a Business Associate Agreement is signed first.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any estimates of savings or results shown on our site are illustrative and are not guarantees of financial outcomes.
